SHIPPING IN SOUTH AFRICA

We ship Mami Wata Surf apparel and accessories anywhere in the South Africa. We offer free shipping on all orders over R1,500. Additional costs to shipping can be seen below:

Free shipping for orders over R1,500

Flat fee of R95 for orders under R1,500 (Standard delivery 3-5 days)

If for some reason you don’t receive your package within 5 working days from the date you placed your order, please e-mail us at helpglobal@mamiwatasurf.com and we'll find out what's going on.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES IN SOUTH AFRICA

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Mami Wata Surf purchase; but if you’re not, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on full-priced, non-international orders within 30 days of fulfilment. We do not offer returns on sale items.

Please email your details and order number to helpglobal@mamiwatasurf.com and we’ll assist you with your exchange / return.

Your item needs to be returned to us unworn and in its original condition with the swing tags on. Once your item has been given the thumbs up by our once-over department, we will process your refund. 

You’re important to us and we want you to be completely happy with Mami Wata products; if you’d like to chat to someone from our team before buying any Mami Wata item, be it a surf cap, a t-shirt, surf trunks, or surf hoodie please e-mail us at helpglobal@mamiwatasurf.com

 We do not offer any exchanges or returns on international orders. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship Mami Wata Surf apparel and accessories globally with UPS or Fedex. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and is dependant on the weight and destination of the delivery.

Shipping from South Africa excludes any additional duties and/or taxes charged. This is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer any exchanges or returns on international orders. 

SURFBOARDS

All of our surfboards are custom made.

Upon confirmation of order we’ll be in contact to get your information and requirements before your board is shaped. If you have any questions or would like to talk about your board before you order, please email us at helpglobal@mamiwatasurf.com. 

Boards will take 8-10 weeks from the date you order and will ship in a board crate. Shipping is excluded.
