  • Free shipping on orders over R1 500
  • Flat fee of R120 for orders under R1 500 (standard delivery 3–5 days)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES IN SOUTH AFRICA

We want you to be 100% happy with your Mami Wata Surf purchase. If not, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges on full-priced, local orders within 14 days of fulfilment.

  • No returns on sale items
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with swing tags attached

To start a return or exchange, email your details and order number to helpglobal@mamiwatasurf.com. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Please note: Returns and exchanges are not available on international orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship worldwide with UPS or FedEx.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination
  • Duties and taxes are not included and remain the customer’s responsibility
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders

SURFBOARDS

All surfboards are custom made.

  • Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you for details before shaping begins
  • Production time: 8–10 weeks
  • Boards ship in a protective crate
  • Shipping is excluded from the order price, and can be quoted
